Polymer Film Converting

Our polymer films catalog is composed of high performance and engineering grade polymer films made from premiere manufactured resins with performance properties including resistance to extreme temperatures, chemicals, moisture, high dielectric strength, and flexibility. Specialty polymers include PEEK, PTFE made with Teflon^® Fluoroplastics, Kapton^®, Mylar, ULTEM, Nylon, and more. As a premiere polymer film supplier, we specialize in converting films into sustainable quantities custom to your application utilizing in-house automated converting processes.

Adhesive Tape Converting

CS Hyde is not your average tape supplier, we specialize in high performance adhesive tape products commonly associated with polymer substrates like polyimide, PTFE, UHMW, and specialized film tapes including PEEK, Nylon, ABS, and ULTEM film tapes. Adhesive backed options include acrylic, silicone, and rubber adhesive systems. We also laminate a variety of 3M^® transfer adhesives to various substrates including many low surface energy materials like PTFE made with Teflon^® Fluoropolymers.

Industrial Fabric Converting

Cs Hyde Industrial fabrics include coated & non coated fabrics commonly used in the composite, packaging, and food processing industry as release sheet materials. Fabric substrates consist of different woven and laminated fiberglass or Kevlar^® fabrics coated with PTFE made with Teflon^® Fluoroplastics or silicone rubber. Porous and Semi porous fabrics are also available for “bleed cloth” applications or as embossment sheets. These materials are commonly converted to fit industrial packaging machinery as custom slit rolls or as sheet dimensions for commercial ovens as baking sheets. These fabrics are also converted into custom belts with different splicing options, guides, pins, and edge types.

Silicone Rubber Converting

CS Hyde is a supplier of silicone rubber sheeting available as solid, sponge, or foam. Available with or without adhesive in various thicknesses, durometers and grades including commercial, high temperature, FDA approved, translucent, medical, flame retardant, fiberglass reinforced and more. CS Hyde converts large silicone roll stock in to 36” x 36” or 12”x12” to ease shipping costs, limit material waste, and ease transformation for customer end use. We also die cut customer spec’d gaskets, washers, strips, or special geometry parts produced out of silicone rubber sheeting. Other specialty silicone products include silicone coated fiberglass fabrics, Strip n’ Stick tapes, and silicone self-fusing tapes.
