CS Hyde Company specializes in custom die cutting of plastic films, adhesive tapes, fabrics, and silicone rubber. From simple to intricate parts and large format to small prototype runs, we can die cut parts to tight tolerance specifications. Common types of plastics and adhesive tapes we die cut include Kapton®, PEEK, PTFE made with Teflon™ Fluoroplastics, Mylar®, 3M™ transfer tapes, 3M™ VHB, and solid, sponge, foam- silicone rubber. We can produce gaskets, seals, shims, gap fillers, washers, discs, squares, and we specialize in cut parts directly from customer supplied drawings.

What die cutting process is best for my application?
Selecting the die cutting method depends on certain factors of the application. We choose the best method that will allow the best tolerances, cost efficiency, and shortest lead time.
How long does the die cutting process take?
New orders 5-7 business days, when tooling is needed. Repeat orders 2-3 business days.
Often, we can produce parts on our die less cutter in 1-2 days.
Can I submit my own drawings?
Yes, CS Hyde specializes in cut parts directly from .DXF drawings. All we need is a .PDF and .DXF of the drawing in a 1:1 Ratio.
Can my company supply materials to be die cut?
Yes, CS Hyde offers consignment cutting. Materials must meet our machine specifications.
