At CS Hyde Company, our belting services can produce PTFE coated and silicone coated fiberglass belts in both porous (mesh) and non-porous styles. The belts we manufacture can be super smooth, have superior release properties, be tear and crease resistant, feature high dielectric strength, possess anti-static capabilities and many more desirable properties. We manufacture belts measuring from .5″ to 120″ in width and lengths dependent on the material and application. Belt thicknesses range from as thin as .003″ (nominal) to as thick as .040″ (nominal). Two-ply PTFE coated belts are also available.

Multiple splicing options are available including alligator or clipper laced seam, mechanical loop splice, mechanical soft seal, permanent overlap, flap over, permanent butt splice or cable seam to name a few. CS Hyde offers a variety of edging options as well, utilizing 3mil Teflon™ Fluoroplastic film, 5/10mil fabric, grommets/eyelets, or pin guides.
